Harrah's is newly renovated and the rooms are nice. I was on the Valley side with the most beautiful view of a parking ramp. I will NEVER go back there. Upon arrival, the lobby/front desk was chaotic. When one of our family members was having difficulty getting the machine to read her card, we eventually asked a staff member to assist. Thx for nothingIt was my first time staying at Harrah's and I must say we truly had an awesome experience. Ratings: Staff [8.7] - Cleanliness [7.4] - Location [7.3] Harrah's is newly renovated and the rooms are nice. She took it upon herself to accommodate the request and got us all as close as she could on the same wing:floor. There is NO cameras on the room floors and smoking in the halls. Besides the check-in wait time, we didn’t sleep well due to the 4am arguing in the hallway by some guests and the loud music by some other guests and those arriving back to their rooms at 5am and slamming the doors. We encountered lots of rude people staying in the hotel. While checking in I mentioned that although we had requested all rooms to be together or on the same floor, they weren’t. Way way over priced $16 for smokes $5 20oz soda crazy pricrs for such a dump better to stay somewhere else. I never was able to get in.
She pulled us up to the front counter and got my family member squared away. This morning we noticed there was dried blood on the covers. Our guests praise the comfy rooms and the overall value in our reviews. Beds are comfy. Probably won’t go back there unless numb reopens and even then I won’t stay. The room wasn’t necessarily “clean” upon check in. We hope you will allow us to serve you again in the future, so you can experience the truly great service we are capable of providing.Super disappointed the service was pretty bad very rude waitstaff and security. While that’s typically not a huge deal, I’m not sure why we had to pay resort fees, at all.First off staff is rude except the bell staff wonderful people very nice but one staff member told us maybe we should of stayed at Bally's.
